• Can I return items?

We offer returns on items that have been delivered within the last 30 days. All items must have not been used, worn, or washed and must be in their original packaging with all tags attached, you have 30 days to return your order from the date it’s delivered.

• How do I return items?

To return an item please contact our team at natalia@binkyclothing.com with your name and order number to start the process, OR simply securely repack your items (include a note with your order number) and post the item off at your nearest post office.

• How long do refunds take to process? 

Returns are processed within 1 working day, but the money can take up to 10 days to appear back in your account.

• Can I cancel an order? 

As long as the item has not been shipped yet we will be able to cancel your order and offer a full refund.

• How long do orders take to arrive?

Below we have listed our shipping rates:

International Shipping -

USA - £10 > allow roughly 2 weeks

EU - £12 > allow roughly 2 weeks

• Can I change the address once I have placed an order? 

 We aim to pack your order within 24 hours of your order time so if you have any amendments to make after you have ordered please contact our team at natalia@binkyclothing.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to correct the issue.

• Do we offer exchange items?

Sadly at this time we are unable to offer exchange items.
